
The mobile operating system, also called a mobile OS, a mobile platform, or even a handheld operating system, is the actual operating system which controls a mobile device. The mobile OS is basically much like a regular operating system for example Windows, Mac OS, or Linux which controls a desktop pc or laptop. The difference is they tend to be simpler, and offer more using the wireless variations of broadband internet and local online connectivity, mobile multimedia formats, and various input methods. Inspite saying that things are changing with the rise of the Smartphone with increasingly more and more advanced OS's.
